Welp this was pretty much the only request I got, so this is what you get. A drunk Lupe (Omgunderaged.Shameshame.). 
The main quirk he has when he's drunk is his inability to balance himself. You usually find him either sitting or laying on the ground cause he can't freaking walk. Alongside that, he's a very easygoing/go with the flow person, and he can be quite the pervert. tisk tisk. 

That second draw is wonky as hex, but I kept it there because ... I don't know.
